Hepatitis Outbreak Sparks Concern Among Residents in Tral’s Nai Bugh Area

Tral, South Kashmir,May 2- : – A hepatitis outbreak in the Nai Bugh area of Tral has triggered widespread concern among local residents. The disease, believed to be spreading due to contaminated drinking water, has particularly affected children in the village, leading to a growing sense of alarm within the community.
In response to the situation, Block Medical Officer of Tral, Ms. Jawahira, stated that a team of health experts has been formed to address the issue. “The team will immediately visit the affected area to assess the situation and take necessary health measures,” she said.
Local authorities and health officials are urging residents to take precautions and avoid consuming untreated water as investigations and medical interventions are underway.
