Srinagar, Sep 02:- A woman was injured after she was attacked by bear in Chowkibal area of Kupwara district on Saturday officials said.
They told news agency Kashmir Scroll that a lady namely Sakeena Begum
Wife of Mushtaq Ahmad Badhana was attacked by a bear, roaming around the area in Hachmarg Chowkibal Teh Tarathpora Ramhall.
They said that the injured woman was taken to SDH Kralpora where from doctors referred her to DH Handwara for advance treatment.
Locals have sought attention of wildlife department in this regard.(KS)
