Omar Abdullah Meets PM Modi Following Pahalgam Terror Attack

New Delhi, May 3-:- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday in the wake of the recent deadly terror attack in Pahalgam. The meeting, held at the Prime Minister’s official residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg, lasted for approximately 30 minutes.
That the two leaders discussed several pressing issues, with a key focus on the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed the lives of 26 people, most of them tourists.
The Chief Minister is believed to have briefed the Prime Minister on the current security situation in Jammu and Kashmir and sought the Centre’s support in enhancing counter-terrorism measures and ensuring the safety of civilians and tourists in Kashmir.
