*Several IAS, IPS officers shifted out of J&K, others posted in J&K under AGMUT reshuffle*

Srinagar, Jan 4, : Several IAS and IPS officers have been transferred out of Jammu and Kashmir, while several officers from other AGMUT cadre regions have been posted in the Union Territory, following a major reshuffle ordered by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
According to the official order issued on January 4, the transfers have been approved by the competent authority and ordered with immediate effect and until further orders.
Officers transferred out of Jammu and Kashmir include Santosh D Vaidya (IAS, 1998 batch), who has been posted to Delhi, Niraj Kumar (IAS, 2010 batch), shifted to Delhi, Syed Abid Rashid Shah (IAS, 2012 batch), transferred to Chandigarh, Baseer Ul Haq Chaudhary (IAS, 2015 batch), posted to Ladakh, and Saloni Rai (IAS, 2016 batch), moved to Delhi.
The order also details officers who have now been posted to Jammu and Kashmir. These include Ashwani Kumar (IAS, 1992 batch), transferred from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir, R Alice Vaz (IAS, 2005 batch), moved from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir, Anjali Sehrawat (IAS, 2013 batch), shifted from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir, Sagar D Dattatray (IAS, 2014 batch), transferred from DNH and DD to Jammu and Kashmir, Akriti Sagar (IAS, 2016 batch), posted from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu and Kashmir, and Kumar Abhishek (IAS, 2016 batch), transferred from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir.
Among IPS officers, Prashant Priya Gautam (IPS, 2013 batch) has been transferred from Delhi and posted in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Ministry has directed that all officers concerned be relieved forthwith to enable them to assume charge at their new places of posting without delay. Copies of the order have been circulated to all concerned administrations for compliance.
The transfers form part of routine cadre management and administrative reorganisation within the AGMUT cadre.
