BJP celebrating downgrading of Dogra state on 5th Aug: Congress
Congress has taken a dig at BJP for fixing a ceremony on Aug 5th 2024 for celebrating the downgrading of historical Dogra state as the BJP government at the centre refusing to honor itโs commitment even after five years of the arbitrary action on Aug 5,2019.

โSurpridingly they are celebrating the downgrading of our status, dignity, identity and rights of people of J&K especially destroying of Dogra identity.โ
He said instead of gaining courage to ask their government at the centre to immediately honour itโs commitment with the people of J&K on the floor if parliament and before the honโble Supreme Court.
โWhat was achieved in five years, the BJP should answer to the people, instead rubbing salts on the wounds of people especially Dogras,โ Sharma said.
