**Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo Reviews Grievance Redressal on ‘JK Samadhan’ Portal; Announces Launch of AI-Powered Version by February 2025**

Jammu, January 5: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a high-level review meeting with Administrative Secretaries and Deputy Commissioners to assess the quality of grievance disposal on the ‘JK Samadhan’ portal. Reaffirming the administration’s commitment to citizen-centric governance, he emphasized the importance of ensuring prompt and effective grievance redressal.
To streamline the process, Mr. Dulloo directed the appointment of Nodal Officers in all departments to monitor the quality of grievance resolution. He also stressed enhancing citizen registration on the portal and integrating physical grievances for a more unified and efficient system.
A significant upgrade, **AI-based JK Samadhan 2.0**, developed by BISAG-N, is set to launch in February 2025. The revamped portal will feature advanced capabilities, including AI-driven automation, faster complaint resolution, and enhanced user experience.
To strengthen monitoring, super access to analytical dashboards has been granted to department heads and Deputy Commissioners, enabling real-time tracking of grievances and resolution timelines. Furthermore, capacity-building programs for officers are being conducted to ensure effective implementation and adaptation to the upgraded system.
The Chief Secretary highlighted that these initiatives reflect the administration’s unwavering focus on responsive and transparent governance, fostering trust between citizens and the government.
