**Delegations Call on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to Discuss Developmental and Community Concerns**

Jammu, January 5, 2025: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha today met with various delegations at Raj Bhavan, Jammu, to discuss key issues and developmental initiatives across different sectors.
A delegation from the **Jammu & Kashmir Masters Games Association** called on the Lieutenant Governor to discuss the promotion of sports activities and infrastructure for athletes in the Union Territory. The delegation briefed the Lt. Governor about the association’s initiatives to encourage participation in sports among senior citizens and emphasized the need for further support to make J&K a hub for sports excellence.
Subsequently, **Ms. Diksha Kaluria and Ms. Riya Kaluria**, Trustees of the General Zorawar Singh Memorial Education and Charitable Trust, also met with the Lieutenant Governor. They highlighted the Trust’s work in education and social welfare and sought the administration’s support for their ongoing projects aimed at empowering underprivileged communities.
Representatives of the **Fruit Market Association Narwal Jammu** discussed the challenges faced by the traders, including infrastructure development and market expansion. They requested the Lt. Governor’s intervention to resolve pending issues and ensure better facilities for the fruit and vegetable traders operating in the region.
Later, a delegation of **Fire and Emergency Services Aspirants** also called on the Lieutenant Governor to address their concerns regarding recruitment processes and pending job notifications. They urged the administration to expedite the selection process and ensure transparency and fairness in recruitment.
The Lieutenant Governor assured all delegations of the administration’s commitment to addressing their concerns and working collaboratively to achieve the Union Territory’s developmental goals.
