Srinagar, Feb 5, : Jammu and Kashmir BJP President Sat Sharma, along with Legislature Party leader Sunil Sharma and other party members, visited the Army hospital at Badami Bagh in Srinagar to check on the condition of two women injured in a militant attack in Kulgam. One of the injured is the wife of Manzoor Wagay, a retired soldier who was killed in the attack. Both women are currently undergoing treatment.
Following the hospital visit, the BJP delegation traveled to Bihibagh, Kulgam, to meet the family of the deceased soldier.
Sat Sharma expressed his condolences and assured the bereaved family of all possible support. He strongly condemned the attack, stating that certain elements in Jammu and Kashmir, acting at the behest of Pakistan, are attempting to disrupt peace in the region.
