Srinagar 5th August 2022:- Khwaja Farooq Renzushah was chief Guest today at opening ceremony of grand Martial Art Kalaripayattu championship at International Delhi public School Zakura & delivered key note address. Mr. Showkat Chowdhery, Mr. Nazir Makhdoomi , Mr. Arshad Aaziz honoured Khwaja Renzushah with Award certificate of honour . Mr. Showkat Chowdhry appreciated his contribution in promotion of Sports, Scouts & Spiritual Martial Art of Kashmir at international platforms. Three days championship organized by Iconic personality of Martial Art Mr. Arshad Aziz was thrown open on this occasion.
The event was later appreciated by Renowned personality of Kashmir Tanvir Sadiq also with his gracious participation.
While speaking on this occasion Khwaja Renzushah said that it was the Kashmir society International, Hindustan scouts, Boys scouts & J&K Scouts & Guides which discovered potential of Kashmir decades before through Martial Art. He said history is witness that from 1321 AC Hazrat Bulbul shah & later Hazrat Amir Kabir patronized spiritual Martial Art in Kashmir and it got enriched with time only in Kashmir. He said we discovered & promoted not only Tajamul ul Islam but hundreds of such talented youth on different platforms which are part of hidden treasure of Kashmir.
Khwaja Renzushah appreciated chowdhry Showkat, Arshad Aziz & Nazir Makhdoomi for taking sustained steps to train young generation & organizing such prestigious championship first time in Srinagar.
