Srinagar: A massive drive was conducted led by the Hon’ble Special Mobile Magistrate (Passenger Tax), Srinagar Miss Fariqa Nazir (Sub-Judge) along with Labor Officer and Labour Inspector Srinagar wherein 64 shops were inspected out of which 36 shops have been challaned under different labour laws.
The team inspected Sarah City Mall, Hari Singh High Street Market, M S City Mall Polo View and Fair Deal Shopping Mall Residency Road, Srinagar. On spot awareness regarding different Labour Laws and Registrations there under was done by the inspected team. Ms.Fariqa Nazir (Sub-Judge) also ensured that the drive will be in continue in order to grab the violators.
