4 injured in leopard attack in Shopian village

Srinagar, Apr 06: Four people were injured on Friday in a leopard attack at different locations in Keegam village of Shopian district.

An officials said that the leopard appeared in an orchard and attacked the four persons, including a minor.

The injured have been identified as Tariq Ahmad Lone and Sadat Nazir of Daramdora, Sahil Hassan Tather and Rehan Tariq Bhat of Tukroo.

โ€œThe injured were evacuated to district hospital Pulwama, where from they were referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for specialized treatment,โ€ the official said.
