Sexual Assault on Minor Student: Srinagar Police Registers FIR
Srinagar, August 6: Acting on a complaint filed by the administration of a famous educational institution, Srinagar police has registered a case against an unidentified individual accused of sexually assaulting a minor student.
โPolice has taken cognizance upon written information by the administrative authority of a particular school regarding sexual assault on a minor student,โ Srinagar Police said in a handout issued to Srinagar based news gathering agency Kashmir Dot Com.
โCase FIR 44/2024 under relevant sections of POCSO Act stands registered at PS Kothibagh & investigation has been taken up,โ the police said.
