Almost 12000 people joined BJP since Jan 2024: Says Altaf Thakur
Says new entrants include Ex BDC chairmen, Sarpanchs, Panchs, young minds, more joinings in offing
Srinagar, Feb 9: In a major feat for the BJP Kashmir, almost 12000 people including former BDC chairmen, Sarpanchs and Panchs besides civil society members and cross section of society became the part of nations largest party.
In a statement issued here, BJP JK spokesman and joining incharge Altaf Thakur said since January this year, 11700 people joined BJP from almost all Kashmir districts. He said the new entrants include ex BDC chairmen, Sarpanchs, Panchs and young minds besides civil society members. Thakur welcomed all and stated that the party is gaining popularity among all sections and more people are expected to join the party in February. He said BJP is a party that believes in sab ka saath, sab ka vishwas, sab ka vikas.
