Srinagar, Oct 09 (KNO): A partially decomposed body was recovered on Thursday morning at Chotipora area of Heerpora in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the body was found by passersby in a small stream within the dense forests of Chotipora following which police were informed.
He said that the police team quickly arrived at the scene and took custody of the body for necessary medico-legal formalities.
He said that efforts are on to ascertain the whereabouts of the body.
