Baramulla, April 10- -A 29-year-old tipper driver tragically lost his life after receiving an electric shock in Chinar Colony, Tilgam, located in the Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to local sources, the incident occurred earlier today when the driver, a resident of the area, came into contact with a live electric wire under unspecified circumstances. He was immediately rushed to the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pattan for medical assistance. However, upon arrival, doctors declared him brought dead.
The sudden demise has sent shockwaves through the community, with locals demanding an investigation into the cause of the incident and better safety measures in the area to prevent such tragedies in the future. (CNS)
