Special Crime Wing (Crime Branch) Kashmir has produced a charge sheet against an R&B Department employee for allegedly forging his date of birth to secure illegal regularization.
The investigation revealed the accused used a fake DOB certificate showing 01.04.1968, while school records confirmed his actual DOB as 04.04.1950.
Prima facie evidence of cheating, forgery, destruction of evidence, and criminal conspiracy has been established.
