*National Health Mission Allocates Rs 101 Crore for Approved Activities*

Jammu, Feb : The Jammu and Kashmir National Health Mission has allocated a substantial amount of Rs 101,34,43,247 for the approved activities under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS)-NHM for the financial year 2024-25.

As per the official order issued by the Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K, the allocation has been made based on the recommendations of the concerned authorities and the available balance in the bank statement.

The allocated amount will be utilized for various approved activities under the CSS-NHM, which aims to improve the healthcare infrastructure and services in the state. The Mission Director has instructed the concerned authorities to ensure that the allocated amount is utilized efficiently and effectively for the intended purposes.

The development is expected to boost the healthcare sector in Jammu and Kashmir, which has been facing several challenges in recent years. The allocation of such a significant amount is a testament to the government’s commitment to improving the healthcare infrastructure and services in the state.
