Chief Minister Omar Abdullah condoles demise of former Ministers

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 13: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed profound grief over the demise of former ministers, recalling their contributions towards uplifting people’s lives and stating that they served the public with honesty, dedication and commitment.
In a condolence message, the Chief Minister expressed deep sorrow over the sudden demise of Qamar Ali Akhoon Sahab, former Minister and legislator from Ladakh. Remembering him as a dedicated public figure, the Chief Minister said that Akhoon Sahab served the people with commitment and humility throughout his public life.
He conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
The Chief Minister also expressed deep sorrow over the passing away of former Minister Peerzada Ghulam Ahmad Shah. He recalled his significant contribution to public life and service to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah extended his sympathies to the bereaved family members and prayed for strength and courage for them to bear this irreparable loss.
