Awantipora, 14 May: Continuing its drive against drug peddlers, Police Party of Police Post Reshipora headed by IC Police Post Reshipora SI Ishfaq Ahmad under the supervision of SDPO Awantipora Shri Mumtaz Ali Bhatti -JKPS arrested one drug peddler at Kawani Brabandin. The arrested drug peddler has been identified as Arshid Ahmad Dar S/o Gh.Mohd Dar R/o Ladermand Awantipora
The drug peddler was arrested when he was moving in suspicious circumstances at Kawani Brabandina.
600 grams of contraband substances suspected to be charas powder was recovered from the possession of arrested persons.
Case FIR Number 100/2023 under relevant sections of NDPS stands registered at Police Station Awantipora.
