
Srinagar, Jun 14 : The complaints about overcharging are being addressed by our resort officers, enforcement teams, and other officials, the Deputy Director of Tourism Deeba Khalid said on Wednesday.
Talking to the media persons here, Deeba Khalid, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said the government rate lists are notified and they have prepaid counters at tourist destinations, where rates are displayed as well.
“Our enforcement wing is active and responds to complaints on time. If there are any complaints, our resort officers are also present at almost all resorts,” she said.
“You can all mail us and get in touch with the Department of Tourism, and we will take strict action against those involved in overcharging,” Khalid added—(KNO)
