REASI, MARCH 15: One day exposure visit of the Mushroom growers of District Reasi was organised today to Directorate of Agriculture Jammu under skill development programme which was sponsored by the District Administration Reasi.
The tour program was flagged off by District Agriculture Officer Reasi, Ravinder Tripathi and SDAO Reasi, Vinod Khajuria.
Mushroom growers paid visit to Spawn Production Lab, Mushroom demonstration and training centre, compost pasteurisation centre, Agronomist section and Apiculture section of the department and were overwhelmed with the outcome of the visit.
The visitors were provided the technical knowhow of Mushroom and other schemes of the Department and detailed lectures were given by JD Inputs S. Arvinder Singh Reen, Agronomist Specialist, J C Raina, MDO, Sanjay Dhar, SPO, Krishan Kant, SMS, Kamal Jeet.
The touring growers were accompanied by District SMS, Amit Sharma, SMS SDL, Kewal Krishan, incharge DCTC Reasi, Gaurav Sharma and Sohan Bali, AEA.
