Bandipora, Oct 15: Security forces on Saturday morning found an improvised explosive device (IED) on BandiporaβSopore road near Ashtangoo.
A senior officer told news agencyβKashmir News Observer (KNO) that a road opening party of the forces found the IED on the roadside in Ashtangoo area of Bandipora.
β The bomb disposal has been rushed to the spot,β he said, adding that IED is planted inside a gas cylinder.
He added that traffic movement on Bandipora- Sopore road has been halted forΒ someΒ timeβ(KNO)
