Srinagar: Arun Kumar Gupta, the State Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu and Kashmir, delivered an insightful address to the Srinagar District Team, emphasizing the importance of the “White Paper” as a reflection of the Modi government’s decade-long efforts.
