Youm-e-Ashura: IGP Kashmir Prays for Unity, Peace
Srinagar 17 July: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir V K Birdi Wednesday prayed for unity and peace on the occasion of Ashura.
As per the news agency CNS, the Kashmir Zone Police in a post on X said, “IGP Kashmir #wishes for unity & peace on the eve of #Ashura.”
“May the sacrifice of the martyrs guide humanity to strive for justice & high values of human dignity,” he added.
