*Girl Rescued Alive After She Jumps Into Jehlum In Sopore*
*Another Rescue Operation Underway For Drowned Fisherman In the Same Area*
“`👉â•Srinagar, August 17: A girl was rescued alive by the rescue team after she jumped into Jehlum river in North Kashmir’s Sopore on Sunday.
Officials told that a 65-year-old fisherman, Ali Mohd Dar, a resident of Muslim Peer, Sopore, drowned while he was in his boat.
A team of SDRF and police soon arrived at the scene and launched a rescue operation. As the team was searching for the fisherman, a girl in the same vicinity jumped into the river, but she was successfully rescued by the same team.
Meanwhile, Search for the fisherman was still underway.
