Says time not far when every political leader in J&K would follow suit, J&K goes through massive transformation since 2019
Srinagar, March 19: Senior BJP leader and party’s J&K spokesman Altaf Thakur said he was glad to see PDP leader and party’s General Secretary Mehbooba Beg admitting on a television chancel that August 5, 2019 was a “revolution.”
Thakur said in a statement here, that he was glad to see PDP’s Mehboob Beg candidly admitting that August 5, 2019 was a revolution that brought a huge change of peace, prosperity and development.
Beg was seen on a local television channel stating that August 5, 2019 was a revolution. Thakur said that time is not far when every political leader would term the decision of revoking the Article 370 as a historic decision as J&K has gone through a massive transformation since 2019 only because of the roll back of Article 370. Thakur said seeing PDP leader loudly making the confession about August 5, 2019 historic revolution is indeed a welcome development.
