
Says weather was favourable for harvesting, all outdoor activities
Srinagar, Oct 19, (KS):- Metrological Department Jammu and Kashmir has predicted mainly dry weather and warmer days till October 21.
MeT official told news agency Kashmir Scroll (KS) that weather will be mainly dry and days will be warmer till 21.
However, from October 22-23, the weather is expected to be generally cloudy. “There is possibility of light rain/snowfall (over higher reaches) likely at isolated places of J&K during these days,” he said.
“From October 24-28, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy.” he added.
Overall, there is no forecast of any major rain and snowfall for the next 10 days in J&K and Ladakh, he said.
The weather was favourable for harvesting and all outdoor activities, he said. (KS)
