PSAJK Condoles Demise of Senior Photojournalist Nissar Ahmad

Srinagar, June 22, 2024: Private Schools Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK) has expressed its condolences over the tragic demise of senior photojournalist Nissar Ahmad of The Hindu newspaper.

The Association termed it a great loss for the entire journalist fraternity. “He was a highly professional and ace photojournalist who had carved out a niche for himself through his hard work,” said G N Var president PSAJK. “In his splendid career he made a mark for himself through his brilliant and consistent performance. He was known for his pious nature and smiling face. His death has created a deep void in the field of photojournalism. Our heart goes with his family, relatives and friends.”

The Association members expressed their deepest sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant them strength and courage to bear this huge loss. They also prayed for eternal peace and the highest place in Jannat for the departed soul.
