Three miscreants booked under PSA in Baramulla; Says Police
Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday said to have booked three miscreants under Public Safety Act in Baramulla district and lodged them in Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu.
A Police spokesperson said, โActing tough against ANEs Baramulla Police booked 3 persons namely Maqsad Ali Kohli son of Maqsood Ali resident of Navarunda Uri, Mohd Usman Bhat son of Abdullah Bhat resident of Sahora Uri & Ghulam Nabi Wani son of Lt. mohd Shaban resident of Chandkote Kreeri under Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority.โ
โThe booked persons have been detained and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jammuโ, he said.
Pertinent to mention that many cases are registered against these persons and were involved in disturbance of L&O and subversion. Despite their involvement in many FIRโs they did not mend their anti national & Social activities.
