NC’s Sakina Itoo Files Nomination for Damhal Hanjipora Seat
Kulgam, August 23: Senior National Conference leader Sakina Itoo submitted her nomination papers for the Damhal Hanjipora assembly seat in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday.
She was accompanied by former Chief Minister and National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah.
Sakina Itoo is considered a strong contender for the seat, which has 99,037 registered voters after the delimitation exercise.
The Damhal Hanjipora assembly constituency will vote in the first phase of the J&K assembly elections on September 18.
