LEH, Mar 24: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh arrives in Leh to celebrate Holi with Armed Forces Personnel here.
He was earlier scheduled to celebrate with Armed Forces personnel deployed in Siachen but due to the inclement weather conditions there, he will celebrate it in Leh now.
