Bandipora Forest Division conducts awareness programme under Mission Life
Srinager, May 24: Bandipora Forest Division today conducted an awareness programme in collaboration with Higher Secondary School Nadihal. In the event debate and painting competition was held on the theme of Mission Life.
During the event the students spoke about actions to be taken at individual level for a sustainable living which is theme of the mission. The Divisional Forest Mr Mudasir Mehmood spoke about this initiative which is an India led initiative for the world and how small decisions at individual level can bring great impact for a sustainable future.
In the occasion Principal and other teachers at school also emphasized on the importance of natural resource conservation. At the end students took pledge and prizes as encouragemnt were distributed among students.
