Srinagar, Jul 24 : A BSF jawan was injured after he was hit by a bus in Mamar locality of Kangan in central Kashmirโs Ganderbal district on Sunday morning.
An official told the news agencyโKashmir News Observer (KNO) that a bus hit a BSF jawan, who was on duty at Mamar area of Kangan.
He said that the BSF jawan was injured and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The injured jawan has been identified as Narengan Kumar s/o Jatan Kumar of 102 BN, who was deployed for ROP duty at Mammer.
Meanwhile, Police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigations was onโ(KNO)
