Srinagar: May 25:In a tragic road accident this evening near Gund Hassibhat, Lawaypora on the outskirts of Srinagar, a tipper collided with a scooty, leaving two persons critically injured.
Eyewitnesses reported that the scooty was hit by the speeding tipper, resulting in serious injuries to both riders.
Local residents and passersby rushed to the spot to provide immediate assistance.
The injured were quickly shifted to Barzulla Hospital in Srinagar for advanced medical treatment.
Their identities have not yet been officially confirmed.
Police have reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the incident.
