JAMMU, June 25: In a recent development, the Finance Department of Jammu & Kashmir has established a Technical Appraisal Committee (TAC) tasked with vetting the RFP document for the outsourcing and centralized printing of Driving Licenses (DLs) and Certificates of Registration (RCs).
