Pattan, June 27 : A 75-year old pedestrian died in a road accident at National highway in Singhpora Pattan area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday morning.
Official Sources told Kashmir News service (KNS) that an Auto vehicle crashed the pedestrian on National highway near Chenabal Singhpora Resulting Critical injuries to the person
Subsequently locals rushed to the spot and evacuated the injured to Srinagar hospital, however he succumbed on the way to hospital, They said
The deceased has been identified as Ali Mohammad Dar sn of Abdul Rehman(75), a resident of Chenibal Singhpora Pattan.
Meanwhile Pattan Police has arrested the driver and registered a case in this regard, further investigation has been taken up: they added.
