The Cyber Police, Srinagar, carried out a raid in the Rajbagh area on Sunday, during which office-related documents and electronic equipment were seized, officials said.
Accordingto reports two individuals were detained in connection with FIR No. 20/2025, registered under Section 66(D) of the IT Act and Section 112 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at Cyber Police Station, Srinagar.
Those detained have been identified as Zaffar Ahmad Mir, a resident of Aramwari, Rajbagh, and Sudeep, a native of Nepal, currently living on rent at Aramwari, Rajbagh.
Further investigation is underway.
