GANDERBAL, SEPTEMBER 29: Cultural Unit, Srinagar, in collaboration with the District Information Office, Ganderbal, organized a cultural programme at Government Degree College, Ganderbal.
The event was aimed at promoting the rich cultural heritage of the region and providing a platform for students and the local community to engage with traditional art forms.
