Srinagar, Sep 27 : Body of a male person was found under mysterious circumstances in a Bijbehara village of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district this afternoon, official sources said.
They told GNS that a body was spotted by the locals lying at Shiekh Mohalla Bijbehara, following which they informed the police about it. A police team later on reached the spot and evacuated it to District Hospital Anantnag for medico-legal formalities.
Confirming it, a police official identified the body to be of one Fayaz Ahmad Banday son of Ghulam Rasool Banday, a resident of Bijbehara. “A case is being registered for due investigations”, the official told GNS. (GNS)
