Kupwara, Jan 04 : Chief medical officer, Kupwara on Wednesday directed all the Block Medical officer’s to constitute a committee at in the respective blocks for issuance of old age certificates.
He also said that the committee will provide age certificates to the concerned through all codal formalities.
The CMO in an order states that: “As per directions of higher authorities. All the Block Medical Officer’s are hereby directed to constitute a committee at your level in your blocks for issuance of old age certificates and the committee will provide age certificates to the concerned through all codal formalities”.
“After completing all codal formalities the Concerned Block Medical Officer will send these old age certificates through dealing head to the office of undersigned for counter signatures,” the order reads.
