Srinagar, May 03 : Two militants have been killed in the ongoing encounter that broke out between militants and security forces in Pichnad Machil area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday, police said.
Kashmir zone police in a Tweet said two militants have been killed while search operation is still going on.
Police said that further details will be shared accordingly.
“KupwaraEncounterUpdate: 02 #terrorists killed. Search operation still going on. Further details shall follow,” police tweeted.
Earlier, an encounter broke out in Pichnad area of Machil in Kupwara district. (KNS)
