Two fraudsters arrested with 440 fake gold biscuits in Srinagar

Srinagar, June 10 : Two fraudsters were arrested with 440 fake gold biscuits in Srinagar.

Police in a tweet as per the Press News Of India said that two fraudsters namely Tahir Ahmad Mughal of Choth waliwar Ganderbal and Nazir Ahmad Khan of kupwara a/p Baghi mehtab Srinagar were arrested with 440 fake gold biscuits.

“They were planning to cheat public by selling them as Gold and FIR in relevant sections has been registered in Bemina PS.” Police said.

“Two Fraudsters namely:
1) Tahir Ahmad Mughal of Choth waliwar ganderbal & 2) Nazir Ahmad Khan of kupwara a/p Baghi mehtab Srinagar arrested with 440 fake gold biscuits. They were planning to cheat public by selling them as Gold. FIR in relevant sections registered in Bemina PS.” Srinagar police tweeted.
