02 Lakh Pilgrims Paid Homage which is four times higher than previous record
Kishtwar, Sep 06 : The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar Khalil Poswal-JKPS are pleased to announce the successful culmination of the Shri Machail Mata Yatra-2023 in Padder, a significant pilgrimage event in the region, second only to the revered Shri Amarnath Yatra.
Official records indicate that 02 Lakh pilgrims paid their respects at the hallowed shrine.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar Khalil Poswal told news agency Kashmir Scroll (KS) that a extends heartfelt congratulations to all the residents of Kishtwar, security agencies and civil administration for their outstanding efforts in ensuring the safe and successful culmination of Shri Machail Yatra 2023.
The Yatra was concluded on September 5, with immense religious fervor and enthusiasm.
The Shri Machail Yatra is an annual pilgrimage of great significance, and the seamless coordination and dedication of the security agencies and civil administration have played a pivotal role in its successful conclusion.
“The hard work and vigilance of all personnel involved in this massive operation, including the police force, paramilitary forces, and other relevant authorities.
