Srinagar, May 22 : Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha congratulated Umran Malik for getting selected for team India for a T20 series against South Africa.

Umran Malik on Sunday got a maiden call-up for team India in T20I series against South Africa.
