Sensex rises 63 points

Mumbai, Nov 7 (UNI) The BSE Sensex continued to rise on Tuesday too, as it advanced by 63 points to open at 65,021.29 in the opening session as buying was seen in Utilities, Health Care, and Commodities stocks.

While the National Stock Exchange (NSE) declined 7 points to 19,404.05.

The Mid Cap rose by 0.14 pc and the Small Cap by 0.13 pc.

In 30 scrips, 12 advanced while 18 declined.

The gainers were Bajaj Finserv by 1.81 pc to Rs 1592.50, Bajaj Finance by 0.79 pc to Rs 7620, Wipro by 0.38 pc to Rs 386.20, and Sun Pharma by 0.32 pc to Rs 1153.20.

The losers were Powergrid by 0.86 pc to Rs 206.40, ICICI Bank by 0.71 pc to Rs 938.50, Asian Paints by 0.69 pc to Rs 3007.15, and HDFC Bank by 0.60 pc to Rs 1485.30.
