*Two LeT associates held with arms in Anantnag: Says Police*
Srinagar, Apr 17 (KS) : Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested two associates of Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist oufit along with arms and ammunition in Naina Bridge area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A top officer told news agency Kashmir Scroll that during checking, two persons were arrested along with arms and ammunition. They belong to LeT oufit, the officer said.
Both have been identified as Sameer Ah dar resident of Sangam and Waseem ah wani resident of Shopian the officer said.
Pistol one grande 02 mag were recovered from their possession, the officer said.
An FIR No.82/24 has been registered in police station sangam and investigation has been taken up, the officer added.(KS)
