Northern Command Army Commander Reviews Anti-Infiltration, Counter-Militancy Grid In Kashmir
Srinagar, May 03 : Lt Gen M V Suchindra Kumar on Thursday reviewed the anti-infiltration and counter-militancy grid in the Kashmir Valley.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that Lt Gen M V Suchindra Kumar, Army Commander Northern Command accompanied by Chinar Corps Commander visited frontline units along Line of Control (LoC) in Gurez Sector and the hinterland forces to review anti-infiltration and militancy grid.
He said that the Army Commander commended troops for their operational readiness in challenging conditions and exhorted them to maintain high state of morale in extreme weather and terrain conditions, he said.(KS)
