Awantipora, April 01- :- A devastating fire broke out in Awantipora, reducing two cow sheds and a shop to ashes late last night. The properties belonged to Javaid Ahmad Bhat, son of Assadullah Bhat, and Mushtaq Ahmad Ganai, son of Gh Nabi Ganai. A shop owned by Fayaz Ahmed Bhat, son of Assadullah Bhat, was also completely gutted in the blaze.
Local residents, along with fire tenders from Awantipora, worked tirelessly to control the flames and prevent further damage. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, and authorities are investigating the incident.
No casualties have been reported, but the fire has caused significant financial losses to the affected families. The community has urged authorities to provide assistance to those who have suffered losses in the unfortunate incident.
