Srinagar, Jun The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir conducted the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Sunday, with party spokesperson Dr Abhijeet Jasrotia serving as the chief guest.
The event featured a solemn oath-taking ceremony aimed at strengthening the party, serving the people with honesty, and reaffirming commitments to development, unity, and good governance.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Jasrotia emphasised the importance of the party’s efforts under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership to transform India into a Viksit Bharat. He assured party workers that their concerns would be addressed promptly and appreciated their dedication despite challenging terrain and weather conditions.
The programme commenced with a collective pledge by the BJP cadre to uphold honesty, bolster grassroots organisation, and remain committed to unity and people-centric development. Senior leaders from district and constituency levels also spoke, urging workers to spread the message of progress and selfless service.
The event concluded on an enthusiastic note, with workers vowing to carry forward the mission of Seva, Sankalp, and Vikas to every village in the Gurez valley.
