Kulgam, June 29: Two women were mauled by a wild bear at Adapora village of South Kashmiri’s Kulgam district on Sunday, an official said.
An official told that two women were injured after being attacked by a wild bear at village Adapora in Kulgam.
“Both women were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment who were later shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for specialized treatment where their condition is said to be stable”, he said
An official from Wildlife department Kulgam told that massive search has been launched in the area to trap the bear.
“Soon after the incident we installed a cage in the area and our other officials started a search in hope we will catch the bear at earliest”. he said
